This notice explains how Arterial Technologies Pte Ltd ("Arterial", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through this website, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
1. Personal data we collect
When you send an enquiry through our contact form, we collect the details you provide: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, enquiry type and message.
If you contact us by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive the details included in that communication.
We do not ask for sensitive personal data, and we ask that you do not include it in your message.
2. How we use it
We use your personal data only to respond to your enquiry, to provide the information, quotation or services you request, and to keep a record of our correspondence.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you separately agree to that.
3. Consent
By ticking the consent box on the contact form, you agree to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to us (see section 9); we may then be unable to continue responding to your enquiry.
4. Disclosure to service providers
Contact form submissions are delivered to us by a third-party form-processing service (Web3Forms), and this website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider. These providers process data on our behalf only to deliver those services.
Where your enquiry requires it — for example a quotation involving a shipping, inspection or finance partner — we may share relevant details with that partner, and will tell you beforehand where practicable.
5. Transfers outside Singapore
Our service providers and business partners may store or process data outside Singapore. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the data receives protection comparable to that under the PDPA.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
7. Protection
We use reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
8. Cookies and third-party content
This website does not set its own advertising or analytics cookies. Embedded third-party content — the Google Maps map, WhatsApp links and the AI assistant on our Tools pages — is governed by the privacy policies of those providers, which may set their own cookies.
9. Access, correction and contact
You may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent, by contacting our Data Protection Officer at info@arterialtechnologies.com or 48 Toh Guan Road East, Enterprise Hub, #08-144, Singapore 608586.
We will respond as soon as reasonably possible, and in any case within the time required by the PDPA.

We may update this notice from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated.
